Welcome to TYME TV ("TYME TV," "we," "us"), founded and led by CEO Milli Tyme. By accessing or using our website and apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts: You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Subscriptions: TYME TV offers a Premium membership ("TYME TV Premium") billed monthly at the then-current rate through our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pricing is set by TYME TV and may change with notice.

Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer or scrape our platform, redistribute our content, interfere with our systems, or infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property: The TYME TV name, logo, and platform are the property of TYME TV. All content shown is owned by TYME TV or its licensed creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or rebroadcast our content without permission.

Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect: Account details you provide (name, email), payment information is handled by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers), usage data such as what you watch and your watch progress, and technical data like device and browser type.

How we use it: To operate the service, process payments and subscriptions, personalize recommendations, communicate with you, secure our platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing: We share data with our payment provider and service partners as needed to operate the platform, and when required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Creator submissions: When you submit content, the details you provide are used to review your submission and, if approved, to publish and attribute your work.

Your rights: You may request access to or deletion of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children: TYME TV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Creators who submit content to TYME TV represent that they own or have secured all rights to their submissions, and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. Submission of content confirms these rights as required by our creator submission form.

TYME TV reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submission at its discretion. Approved content may be offered as free or Premium at TYME TV's discretion.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Misrepresentation of rights may result in removal of content and termination of creator access.

Tips received from viewers in support of a creator are tracked by TYME TV and paid out to the creator on a regular payout schedule determined by TYME TV. The current arrangement is that 100% of tips go to the creator, less any required taxes or third-party processing fees.

Payout eligibility, frequency, and method are set by TYME TV and may change. Creators can track pending and paid earnings in Creator Studio. For payout questions, contact us.
